Very unfriendly and not able to pack the ordered items, the main thing is that you have paid for them and no, it didn't just happen once! If you then point it out, you will be treated unfriendly

Everything was great, only the weather could have been better today, waiting outside 🤣

Were there on Sunday at around 9.30 am. No breakfast. The alternative BigMac ordered was cold and the cheese hadn't melted.

Well They forgot to bring a drink and the patty was missing on a hamburger, which the children didn't find so funny ...

Great concept. With all Corona rules, the friendliness was not forgotten. A maximum of two customers in the store at the same time. The employee at the checkout was joking with my daughter and was very friendly. The food was also ready super quickly. Great staff! First review for a MCDONALD'S from me, but in this case I love to write it :).

Burgers were cold (they can't even melt cheese) Extra requests would be ignored. Some employees speak little or no German

The food is so nice for any age. There is variety to pick from from healthy to comfort food. Even babies love Macdonalds.

So with the mc drive I was out again within a minute. That's what I call fast food. Both switches open. One to pay and one to pick up for dinner. Too

Often things are forgotten to pack in the bag that you ordered, there are also very often communication problems, which could be because there are many employees who are placed at the front of the drive and who do not speak this language very well, unfortunately does not matter so much sense. The food and appearance of the shop is according to the McDonalds standard.

Totally rude staff, you are not understood and then they get loud.

Staff partly unfriendly, you can only order at the terminal. Some of them are much too cumbersome. A person can take large orders with many different items much faster.

Very bad lady says without a mask not to enter but I put the jacket on my nose wt !! So come with masks = /

Corona rules are very good and clear. Food was good, except for the potato wedges. They're not tasty at all. Ours only tasted like frying fat.

Unruly staff in an American company trying to communicate in English and his answer was that I am in Germany and I should know German congratulations

I don't know which criteria the HR manager uses to select the employees, but there should be a thorough sorting out! How they deal with customers and especially with food is an absolute cheek! The food is simply thrown into the bag and tries to stuff something into it. When you're tired of work, make space for those who love to work! The only one who is friendly is the lady who stands at the door and gives instructions that have to be followed due to Corona.

Order was processed quickly, was complete and fresh. The interior itself was clean. Hygiene and distance rules were observed - great.

The staff is always welcoming. Got our orders wrong a couple of times but it's not a big deal. Quick service at the drive in which has been great during corona while the restaurant itself has been closed.

The McDonald's in Delmenhorst is the worst I know. Actually, we have always had complaints. So again today. In addition, it is sick full at rush hours.

I am more than satisfied with the service. So far, all staff were friendly and helpful. This location has only recently been upgraded, looks really good. Food tasted fabulous so far. All in a Recommended compared to other stores.
